A space to remember who you are — together.
My Healing Circles are open to anyone who feels the call to unlock, understand, and gently meet the parts of themselves that are ready to be seen.
I began offering these circles because, when I first started working shamanically to heal myself, I longed for this kind of space — a place where I could be supported and share my experiences as I opened up to the unknown and worked on healing myself. I wanted to gather with others who were also seeking healing and self-understanding — like me, they simply wanted to feel better.
Through my own shamanic healing journey, I came to understand that not everything I carried was mine — a realisation that began to ease years of discomfort and reshape the way I saw myself.
My circles are held with love, care, and deep respect for your own process. I won’t interfere with what is unfolding for you — but you will never be left alone with it. There’s always space to talk, share, and find support after the circle if you need it.
Each circle has a core area to work through, inviting us to explore and work on one aspect of ourselves together. We journey, reflect, and share if we feel comfortable and able.
Each circle is an opportunity to come home to yourself — to sit in community, be witnessed, and remember that you don’t have to do it alone. You don’t need to have it all figured out — just bring yourself, as you are, and trust that what needs to unfold will — when you show up, you begin the work.

Shamanic healing works with the unseen: with energy, spirit, and the parts of ourselves that sit beyond words. Each healer has their own way of working, shaped by their training, lineage, and connection to spirit. The thread that runs through all shamanic practice is the same — the healer acts as a bridge between your soul and the spirit world, helping to restore balance and ease spiritual dis-ease.
A healing can be a powerful catalyst for change — clearing old energy, shifting patterns, and opening space for new possibilities. If you’re feeling stuck in anxiety, fear, grief, or a sense of heaviness, shamanic healing can help reach the root of what’s asking for attention. With the support of spirit, it becomes possible to release what no longer serves you and invite in renewal.
When we do this work, it brings restoration not only for ourselves, but for those around us — and for the wider web of life that holds us all.
Before we meet, I invite you to sit with an intention — something you wish to understand, release, or welcome in.
The night before your healing, I ask for guidance in dreamtime and then work with oracles and tarot to clarify what’s needed.
When you arrive, we begin with a gentle consultation to explore what’s been unfolding for you. The messages I’ve received often weave with what you share, helping us shape a clear intention for your healing.
Once we begin, I open sacred space — calling on your guides and mine to support the work. I use sound as one of my main tools working with the drum, rattle and my voice.
When the healing is complete, there’s time to talk through what arose and how you can begin to integrate it. Every session is unique and guided by spirit, but generally lasts between 1.5 and 2.5 hours.
This work is a commitment to yourself — a sacred agreement between you and the mysteries. Once you set your intention, change begins. It can feel uncomfortable at times, but the transformation that follows brings deep clarity, balance, and empowerment.

After a healing, give yourself space to rest and integrate. Drink plenty of water, take salt baths, spend time in nature, and allow your body and spirit to settle into the new energies. Healing continues long after the session — trust the unfolding.

I felt like I had a personal breakthrough in the shamanic journey!

The healing itself was amazing and I felt so much lighter and brighter afterwards, even days/ weeks after events unfolded and I felt more stronger and clearer on how to handle each situation. One thing I noticed after the healing which I don’t normally have happen is I felt connected to spirit and on occasions definitely felt a presence around me. This happened a couple of days before the healing too.
Sasha is so welcoming and knowledgeable. She made me feel really at ease and comfortable in her space from start to finish!
