My roots, My work.

Welcome

Hello, and thank you for taking the time to be here.

I’m Sasha — a shamanic practitioner and artist guided by intuition, creativity, and a deep love for the land. I’m from British and Barbadian roots, descended from travellers who settled in Tooting, London, and Africans displaced on Caribbean islands. Like many, I don’t know exactly where I’m from; I don’t know my direct lineage, which has often made me question the titles I hold and the medicine I carry. What I do know is that I walk alongside others, sharing the practices that have helped me live with more connection, joy, and meaning.

A Remembering

For a decade of my life, I worked as a footwear designer. I loved the creativity, yet I always felt unaligned with being part of fast fashion and carried an ache for something deeper.

After motherhood, with a break from work, I was faced with everything I’d been holding back. The anxiety I had once managed took hold of me, and I realised that conventional medicine was not for me. I was guided to heal in ways that felt more natural and whole.

What began as a search for healing became a calling — and a remembering. As I began to awaken to the unseen, I sought guidance to understand what was unfolding and to walk with integrity and respect. I trained for three years with Jez Hughes of Second Sight Healing and continue to learn each day from the land, from spirit, and from those who walk this path beside me.

Living in Connection

I’ve been a keen forager for more than fifteen years, gathering plants for teas, tonics, and seasonal food. Working with the wild in this way reminds me that nature is both teacher and mirror; it always offers what we need when we pay attention.

Marking the wheel of the year, walking, and foraging all keep me grounded in the rhythm of the seasons and hold the connection to the land in my everyday life. This connection also lives through ritual, ceremony, and the use of divination — practices that help me listen, give thanks, and honour the unseen in daily life. For me, living in connection means treating life itself as a prayer — a continual conversation with the world around and within us.

The Work I Offer

My work weaves together healing circles, one-to-one sessions, and creative workshops that often combine connection to the land around us, an emphasis on community and wellbeing, and hands-on making to help people slow down, find presence, and rediscover their innate creativity.

I also hold shamanic and women’s circles — sacred spaces for those who feel called to deepen their connection with intuition, spirit, and the unseen threads that guide life.

Whether shared within community groups, retreat spaces, or workplaces, everything I offer carries the same intention: to create space to pause, reflect, and reconnect — to yourself, to each other, and to the natural world.

Walk With Me

If you feel the pull to reconnect — to yourself, to nature, or to your own creativity — you’re warmly welcome in my circles and workshops.
