Hello beautiful people, and thank you for taking the time to be here.
I’m Sasha — a shamanic and creative practitioner devoted to helping others reconnect with themselves, the land, and the unseen threads that guide life.
My work weaves together nature connection, creativity, ritual, and ceremony to create meaningful experiences that nurture wellbeing and deepen your sense of belonging.
However you arrive, my intention is always the same — to help you remember your own wisdom, and to walk beside you as you reconnect with the world around you
Each space I hold has its own rhythm and purpose, but they all begin with one shared intention — reconnection.
Whether through sitting in circle, crafting, or ceremony, my work is for anyone seeking reconnection — with the land beneath their feet, with their creativity, and with the unseen threads that hold life together.
For individuals longing for a deeper understanding of themselves, or for groups exploring creativity, community, and wellbeing, my offerings invite a gentle pause — a space to slow down, tap into intuition, and remember your belonging.
Rewild. Reconnect. Remember.
One of the ways this work comes to life is through Rooted — an immersive women’s retreat created with three other facilitators I’m honoured to walk alongside.
I’m a co-creator of Rooted — an immersive women’s weekend born from a shared desire to help others rewild, reconnect, gently heal, and remember the magic of being held in sisterhood, guided by the wisdom and medicine of the land.
Now in its second year, Rooted brings together four facilitators who each offer their own medicine. Across the weekend we weave foraging with expert guides, guide you to work with nature's pantry, creative exploration, shamanic circles, gentle yoga, and seasonal feasting lovingly prepared by our chef.
Rooted is a space to slow down and be nourished — to step away from the noise of life and reconnect with what feels real and meaningful. It’s an invitation to fill yourself back up, to return to the world grounded in purpose, and to remember the wild rhythm that lives within and around you.
